Iniciaremos em breve as Atividades de Páscoa!
O plano de atividades está sujeito a alterações, face a instabilidade climatérica e às idades das crianças incritas, pelo que deverá ser consultado regularmente. Quando existem alterações de última hora, existe a substituição por atividades de igual ou maior interesse. A primeira opção é sempre a troca de dias da atividade.
Os dias só funcionaram com o minimo de 10 inscrições, sendo que a atividade “Viagem a Coimbra” só se realizará com o minimo de 15 participantes.
As inscrições encontram-se abertas até 31 de Março, sendo que dia 27 confirmaremos ou não as pré-reservas efetuadas até à data. Poderão ser aceites inscriçoes posteriores, mas sujeitas a disponibilidade de vaga.
As reservas só são confirmadas mediante respetivo pagamento, sendo que este tem de ser feito até ao dia útil anterior ao início da semana de atividades.
As crianças serão aceites em função da sua autonomia, conduta pessoal e conduta dos seus familiares diretos. O não cumprimento reiterado do regulamento e das indicações dos responsáveis, poderá levar à exclusão das atividades.
Contamos ter serviços pontuais de transporte, sempre que tal se justifique, no entanto, iremos privilegiar a receção das crianças no local de atividade, a caminhada e a viagem de bicicleta ou transporte público, pretendendo a promoção da autonomia.
Como habitualmente, farão parte dos objetivos o desenvolvimento de atividades lúdicas, pedagógicas e desenvolvimento pessoal. As restantes atividades da Mental School® como o apoio ao estudo, consultas, apoio psicopedagógico, entre outras, terão o seu desenvolvimento contínuo, mas independente das atividades de Férias da Páscoa.
Todas as crianças estão protegidas por seguro de acidentes pessoais e responsabilidade civil.
Os nossos “monitores” seniores têm formação superior em ciências pedagógicas ou psicológicas. Temos um monitor para cada 5 crianças.
Sempre foi filosofia da Mental School a não existência de períodos de fidelização ou contratos de permanência, pelo que iremos manter esta filosofia. No entanto, por uma questão de respeito e responsabilização social, o pagamento dos dias ou semana deverá ser efetuado até ao dia anterior ao inicio das atividades. A não presença num dia previamente pago, deve ser comunicada atempadamente. Apenas no caso de ser apresentado atestado médico, o valor desse dia poderá ser convertido em vale para utilização em data posterior.
As atividades lúdicas iniciam-se às 9h e terminam às 17h, sendo que a receção das crianças poderá ser realizada a partir das 8h30 e a recolha até às 18h. Situações excecionais poderão ser analisadas pontualmente pela Direção, nomeadamente, questões de prolongamento, para situações devidamente justificadas.

Preçário:
- Seguro (obrigatório): 5€ por criança (independentemente do n.º de dias de atividades)
- Semana de 03 a 06 de Abril 60 € c/almoço incluído (a atividade Piscina Interior é paga à parte pelo participante, valor indicativo 3€);
- Semana de 10 a 14 de Abril 75 € c/almoço incluído, exceto no dia 14 em que o almoço é levado pelos participantes para Coimbra (a atividade Piscina Interior é paga à parte pelo participante, valor indicativo 3€ e as entradas no Portugal dos Pequenitos e Exploratório também são pagas à parte pelos participantes, valor indicativo 15€);
- Dias Isolados, 25 € c/almoço incluído (não é aplicado qualquer desconto)

We will soon start our Easter Activities!
Our activity plan is subject to change, due to weather instability and/or the ages of the children who sign up for the activities. Therefore, it should be consulted regularly. Whenever there’s a need to make last minute changes on the weekly plan, we will proceed to the replacement of the activities for others of equal or greater interest. Our first option is always to swap the days of the activity.
The activity days will only open with a minimum of 10 inscriptions and, with that in mind, the activity “Trip to Coimbra” will only take place with a minimum of 15 participants.
Registrations are open until the 31st of March, and on the 27th we will confirm the number of pre-reservations made until then. Later registrations might be accepted but are subject to availability.
Reservations will only be confirmed upon payment and it must be made until the working day prior to the beginning of the week of activities.
Children will be accepted according to their autonomy, personal conduct and the conduct of their direct relatives. Repeated failure to comply with the regulations and the instructions given by those responsible may lead to exclusion from the activities.
We expect to have occasional transport services, whenever justified. However, we will favor the reception of the children at the activity site, walks and journeys by bicycle or public transport, aiming to promote autonomy.
As usual, the development of playful and pedagogical activities and personal development will be a part of our goals. The remaining Mental School® activities, such as study sessions, consultations, psycho-pedagogical sessions, among others, will carry on as normal, but independently from the Easter Camp activities.
All children are protected by personal accident and liability insurance.
Our senior “monitors” have a higher education degree in pedagogical or psychological sciences. We have one monitor for every 5 children.
It has always been Mental School’s philosophy that there are no loyalty periods or permanence contracts, so we will keep this philosophy. However, for a question of respect and social responsibility, the payment of the days or week of the Camp must be made until the day prior to the beginning of the activities. The absence on a previously paid day must be communicated in due time. The value of that day can be converted into a voucher to be used at a later date only if a medical certificate is presented to justify such absence.
The recreational activities begin at 9 am and end at 5 pm, and the reception of children can be made from 8:30 AM and the collection until 6 PM. Exceptional situations may be analyzed by the Administration, namely extended time 5 PM, for duly justified situations.

Prices:
Insurance (mandatory): 5€ per child (regardless of the number of days of activities)
Week of 3rd to 6th of April: 60 € with lunch included – (the Indoor Swimming Pool activity is paid separately by the participant and the price is 3€);
Week of 10th to 14th April: 75 € with lunch included, except on the 14th . On that day, the lunch must be brought from home by the participants to Coimbra (the Indoor Swimming Pool activity is paid separately by the participant and the price is 3 €. The entrance to “Portugal dos Pequenitos” and “Exploratório” are also paid separately by the participants and it’ll be 15 €);
Single Days are 25 euros each, with lunch included (no discount applied).
